All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has officially shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

OXYFUEL is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we understand the frustration of receiving damaged goods.

If you received your order damaged: Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Our Assistance: While the carrier is liable, we want to help. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damaged box and the damaged product and email them to support@tryoxyfuel.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may be able to assist in sending a replacement as a courtesy, pending review of the evidence.
2.5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

Verification: Ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate before placing your order.

Investigation: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.

Replacement Policy: In specific cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (and not marked delivered), we will send a replacement free of charge.
2.6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. OXYFUEL is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Correction Window: If you notice an error, please email support@tryoxyfuel.com immediately. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed or shipped.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

We believe in the quality and efficacy of our formulas. That is why we offer a comprehensive 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure you can try our products with confidence.
3.1. How It Works
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling costs) within 90 days from the date your order was delivered.

3.2. No-Return Policy (Safety & Compliance)
Unlike generic retail items (such as clothing or electronics), dietary supplements are consumable goods subject to strict health and safety regulations.
For your safety and the safety of our team, we strictly DO NOT accept physical returns of our products.

Contamination Risks: Once a supplement bottle leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee the chain of custody. We cannot verify if a product has been opened, tampered with, or stored in improper conditions (e.g., extreme heat or humidity) that degrade the ingredients.

FDA & Safety Standards: To comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols, any returned supplement—opened or unopened—would immediately be classified as unsalvageable waste and destroyed. We do not resell returned items.
Therefore, do not send your bottles back to us. If you are approved for a refund under our 90-Day Guarantee, you are free to keep, donate, or dispose of the product as you see fit.
3.3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To prevent fraud and abuse of this policy, the following conditions apply to the Money-Back Guarantee:

First-Time Purchases: The guarantee applies to your first order of a specific product formulation. Repeat orders of the same product constitute acceptance of the product’s quality and are not eligible for the 90-day refund.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase from our official website. We cannot refund items bought from unauthorized third-party resellers (e.g., eBay, unauthorized Amazon sellers).

Quantity Limit: The refund is limited to one (1) opened unit and up to two (2) unopened units of the same product per household/customer per year.

4. International Shipping
4.1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
OXYFUEL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
4.2. Import Regulations
Supplements are subject to different regulations in different countries. It is your responsibility to check with your country’s customs office to verify that the products you are ordering are permitted for import. OXYFUEL is not responsible if your package is seized or destroyed by customs.

If a package is rejected by customs and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product only, minus any shipping and return fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on fast processing. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@tryoxyfuel.com.

Before Processing: If the order has not yet been processed or sent to our fulfillment center, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Processing: If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then contact us regarding the 90-Day Guarantee protocols.
